transferred to and was graduated from the U. of Michigan, worked in New York
as a business magazine editor, married and moved to tiny St. Joseph, Michigan
(but had an apartment in Chicago to escape to!), raised two children, was
widowed six years ago, moved to Capitol Hill five years ago (not relishing
life as the Widder Sparks in St. Joe), met and unexpectedly married a retired Air Force guy two years ago, and spend my days running a little family foundation, taking in lots of music, theater and art, travelling, and just generally enjoying life.
